- JJJaNov 8, 20251.0Extremely noisy and overrun with Airbnb units. The building feels more like a hotel than a community — guests constantly coming and going, slamming doors, throwing loud parties, and showing no respect for community living. Definitely not a peaceful place to live.
- SSSungjaeJul 23, 20251.0Stayed at an Airbnb here w/ friends. Nice views but that's about it. Missing blinds, and rather dirty. There was hair in the shower. Had to wait for security for like 20 min to get keys. Based on reviews this seems like a residential apartment building that allows short term rentals. Kinda scummy practice considering affordable housing is so scarce these days and instead of working with locals who need actual housing, management turns the units into Airbnbs to profit even more. Corporate greed at its best.
- ACAnnette Hu CremeanJun 20, 20252.0I lived here from 2021-2024 and I’m a resident at Cleveland Clinic. My first 2.5 years were wonderful, quiet, great staff and security. Unfortunately, I moved out 2024 because they started these “business suites” that I guess aren’t considered AirBNB by them but they essentially are. My unit next door was one of the converted ones. I had rotating neighbors of all kinds that were loud, partying, door slamming, etc. which would interfere with my sleep especially if I was sleeping for night shifts. It became a stressful and unsafe environment for a single female… I complained to the manager at the time who did his best to mitigate this, but this once quiet residential became half residential and half guests “checking in” all throughout the building. All of these recent reviews reflect this. I would not recommend this to any medical resident at least. I know I was one of many who were long term residents and moved out. I was thankful for Elton and Tim during my time there.

Will start with the cons Steer clear if 2nd/3rd shift The amount of ‘hardwood tile’ installations that reverberate through the entire complex making it sound like someone is nailing a hole in the wall for hours on end is impossible to sleep to, and don’t worry they start right at 8am. I’ve also reminded the team here at bare minimum 5 times that I work nights and still get countless call backs, while I’m sleeping, after I send emails with a simple question. -lobby consistently surprises you with a new, disgusting, aroma each morning to wake you up -24/7 security very often nowhere to be found -2 thefts to my car in underground sealed parking (not very secure) -More than half the people I’ve met don’t live here. They rent out apartments, sometimes just for the weekend. Pros -Timely and effective maintenance team -Clean/Renovated apartments -Probably the best views/window space you’ll get for the price in Downtown For the sheer fact I’ll be going into work , once again, on a mere 0-2 hours of sleep I’ll have to give this place 1 star and hope October comes soon enough.
