  Park Lamont Townhomes has been an excellent fit for us. The locations is especially convenient, close to the college I attend, so day to day routines are easier and more efficient. Inside, I really appreciate the openness of the layout and the fact that it's multi-floor. You get a surprising amount of space, and it genuinely feels like a townhome rather than a standard rental. The modern finishes and overall design are clean, comfortable, and well thought out. We're also excited to be in an area with so much to do. Being near University Circle means we're close to some of Cleveland's best cultural spots, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, plus plenty of theaters and events nearby. Overall, Park Lamont feels like a great place to start our next chapter.

  Park Lamont Townhomes feels like a fresh start in the best way. The design is gorgeous. Sleek, modern, and still somehow cozy. The community is tucked into such a beautiful area. The entire process was handled with real professionalism, and it exceeded my expectations. Jennifer deserves a huge shoutout. She was attentive, helpful, and truly made sure we landed in the unit that felt right for us. Moving can be stressful, but she made it feel easy. If you’re looking for a place that feels like luxury and comfort at the same time, this is it. We’re genuinely excited to call Park Lamont home.

  Jen took me on a tour of the building and was so knowledgeable. She really made me feel at home. I love that it is modern and new and the neutral finishes give it a timeless look. I hope to make it my home for years to come.
