I love that rent and maintenance requests are all online. Building is kept up and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

My apartment has a wonderful view of downtown and directly faces West Side Market. Each apartment also has new, energy-efficient appliances keeping electricity and HVAC costs very low. Storage space can be tight. The building management and maintenance staff are very attentive and responsive as well. The one draw-back is the high number of car break-ins in the area. My car was broken into once (though nothing was stolen) despite parking in the lot which was frustrating. Overall, I am very happy with this building and my apartment!

The apartments are nice and new and if you ever have a problem in your space, maintenance is over to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The resident staff is very friendly and easy to get a hold of if you ever have any questions about your lease, payments, etc. Rented a unit for 18 months and never had a problem. I would definitely recommend living here.
