  I was excited to rent a space at the Agora because of the music venue here. However the office staff is never there, and I had issues with my fob to get into my unit. I had to wait a whole day before I could get into the unit after accepting the keys. And I expected luxury living, but there was a giant leak in my bedroom window that poured in on me my first night there, destroying my things. The garbage disposal doesn’t work, there is a sewer like smell coming from the toilets and my toilet also has not worked since I got here but luckily there are two. Nothing has been fixed, even tho it was brought up immediately to the property manager over a week ago.

  I just moved in not too long ago, but I can already say that I love it here! It is such a great location; extremely walkable, bike lanes, bus stops right outside. The economic growth agency for Midtown is right downstairs and they have loads of great local information for food, shopping, trails, volunteering, etc. The Agora theater is of course right next door (although I can't hear anything during concerts from my apartment which is great) which is exciting for concerts and such. Everyone that I've met walking around the area has been so friendly! The apartment itself goes far beyond what I expected; slow closing cabinets/drawers, smart appliances, great sound proofing, enormous windows, etc. I feel incredibly safe here, they have a great security guard, the doors/elevators require a key card to access, and the parking lot is secure. The property management team have also far exceeded my expectations, truly a phenomenal group of people! They are so kind and helpful, and quickly address any questions that I have had. I feel really lucky to have found such a great place to live!!
