- AAAllyOct 6, 20241.0DONT STAY HERE!! Stayed there for a year and encountered multiple issues. Constant water coming from the sink. Smell of Marijuana entering the complex, no parking, mail being stolen, rat issues and much more. I paid for parking and left to a vacation for a few weeks. I didn't have the tag visible to see that I payed for parking but it was obviously in my car. Staff knowing I paid for parking called the towing service and had them take it. Speaking with the towing service they knew I couldn't come back to Ohio because my son was in the hospital. They said that staff kept calling them and he was apologetic because he couldn't do anything. The things near by are great. The lake,stores but if you want a place with no issues this is not it. Although rent may be affordable it will raise through the year.

They really took care of me. My apartment was amazing and if there was an issue - it was addressed immediately. If I ever move back to Cleveland- I would rent from them again.
