  I love the apartment and proximity to downtown life and my office - perfect for those that like to walk! Andres, on the leasing team, has been invaluable. I had multiple questions, some negotiation, and a couple of challenges and he assisted me through all of them with genuine care and delivered!

  MRN is the best landlord I've ever had. The place I rented was well cared-for, the price was dirt cheap, the location was great, and the staff were super nice and responsive. Whenever I submitted a ticket to get stuff fixed, there was a knock on the door the next day at 8:30 sharp-- the dude who was there to fix the stuff. I don't know what the other reviewers who provided bad reviews are talking about. I'm thinking they weren't the right kind of person for living downtown-- that isn't the landlord's fault!

  AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE! Staff, maintenance, tenants, neighbors, location, just everything is awesome. Leasing office will assure you have an easy move in and they will take care of you. They are very responsive to any issues you may have and handle everything in the utmost professional manner. If I could give 10 stars I would! A must for all downtown livers! We’ve loved every day of living here.
