  Ashlee Laster is a great help she is so sweet and extremely helpful, she cares about the clients and their needs , I would definitely recommend whomever looking for a new place to live ask for her assistance, I appreciate her so much. She needs a raise. Because she does a lot, for that company. She goes above and beyond for whoever she’s helping.

  Ash’Lee was great! She is very friendly/personable and I immediately got the feeling she cared about helping us find an apartment that’s the right fit. She was super helpful with all questions and great at recommendations/tips.

  For some reason, this property struggles with managing trash removal. Our trash has not been taken out in over a month and is pictured below. I have spoken with Ashlee and Brandon at Integrity, who tell me it’s the city’s issue. Meanwhile, when I speak to the refuse dispatch supervisor, Harold, he advised both that the driveway is iced over and presents a hazard AND that Integrity is no longer on their route. I’ve tried to go about this right way, but I am fed up. It’s sad and frustrating that when my new neighbors move in they ask, “Hey, we found roaches and rats - is this normal?” Unfortunately, yes, this will be very normal given Integrity seems incapable of setting up and maintaining trash removal. Edit: To managements response, very odd. You stated the dumpsters were cleared Feb 9th, this is false: my pictures are from Feb 16th! The 13 people who live here did not accumulate two dumpsters worth of trash between Feb 9th through the 16th. You only all fixed the issue today (Feb 17th) after I submitted this review yesterday (Feb 16th). I find it strange that I can call the office several times and nothing gets done, but one negative Google review later and suddenly there’s effort put forth…. are you concerned at all about your current tenants? Or how you’re perceived by future ones?
