I’ll be honest, at first I had my reservations about this place and let me just say….mind blown!!!!!! This place is like day and night from what it was and they aren’t even finished with renovating. Huge shout out to Christa for showing us around, answering every and all questions and just overall providing a pleasant experience!

Nalee was super helpful and resourceful. She answered all my questions in a short amount of time and seemed to really care about my concerns. I look forward to seeing Goldoller transform our Property and see the new changes to come.

Ty in maintenance was very helpful explaining the details of my work orders as far as what he fixed and parts he would need to finish work on others

I want to share a very frustrating experience with this apartment complex. We applied for an apartment and paid a deposit. In the end, we were not approved, but they told us the deposit would be refunded. At first, they said to wait one month, so we waited patiently. After a month, we called them, and they told us to wait another month. The question is — why not be honest about the timeline from the beginning? The deposit amount is not small, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Now we are trying to contact them again, but they are not answering any calls at all. This feels like complete disregard and lack of respect for customers. Very disappointed with this service. If you are considering this place, be aware of situations like this and think twice before giving them your money.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give 0star I would, RUN don’t live here. I’ve lived here since 2019, and at this point I’m honestly beyond frustrated. Rent has gone up again with no proper notice and yet the living conditions have not improved in the slightest. If anything, they’ve gotten worse. There are constant maintenance issues that never seem to be properly fixed. My bathroom sink has problems every TWO months, like clockwork. On top of that, whenever the neighboring apartments have flooding issues, it somehow affects my unit too. Feeces water comes out very unhealthy and disgusting it takes weeks for management to address it. Weeks. That’s completely unacceptable. Trying to contact the office is another issue. Calls go unanswered, and getting any kind of response feels impossible then you go in person at the office they have attitude with you . Meanwhile, I’ve been dealing with mice since the day I moved in, and nothing has been done about it. The same goes for roaches there’s always talk about “pest control,” but clearly it’s not working because the problem never goes away. I’ve repeatedly asked for a transfer, especially after seeing so many other tenants get moved, but somehow my requests are always ignored. It’s exhausting feeling overlooked and unheard after being a long-term resident. And to top it all off, the water was recently shut off for an extended period with no notice at all. I have kids this is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious issue. The water bill went from $56 to $111 because they apparently charge for «bathroom flushing » water. At this point, it feels like management simply doesn’t care about the people living here. Rent keeps going up, but the quality of living stays the same or worse. Do better.
