  I dont understand how this place gets any less than 5 stars. These people have been wonderful to me my whole experience here. Theres been a few managers since I've live here but I have to say whole heartedly that Naya and Antoine are as good as it gets when it comes to taking care of the renter in my experience. I truly cant express enough my gratitude and appreciate for those two in the office. They're one of a kind people that care and thats a hard to come by nowadays. Timber trails whatever youre paying them its not enough they are truly exceptional. Thank you both for all you've done to make my experience with this property as good as it gets. Thank you again

  Lived here for a year and a half. Beautiful apartment but for the amount, I didn't feel it was worth it. Base rent amount is fine but the amenities package that you don't have a choice but to get, was kinda useless. Never used the cable because you still had to pay for channels and Valet Living did not always show up on scheduled days. Subfloor is sinking and you can see and feel the dips when walking. Neighbors only pick up after their dogs if they are being watched. I didn't receive my deposit. Not sure why. Cleaned the apartment, turned in keys, even filled in nail holes in the wall. Apt 125 F does not get cool during the warmer months. The air conditioning doesn't work that great. Refrigerator is awkward and doesn't hold much. Signing a new lease: cost more if you sign for a shorter amount of time but cost less if you sign for a longer amount of time. Our rent was going to increase by $200+. Paying rent by the 2nd was the worse. We thought we could manage that but sometimes it was impossible but I was aware of that when I signed the lease. Just something to look out for. Pushing the 30 second button on the microwave would blow fuses. Other than those issues and angry about not receiving my deposit, maintenance was pretty awesome 👍🏽

  Apartment its self is decent. Move in experience was not good at all. Sneaky with extra charges and I had to clean poop and cat litter from the previous tenants.
