  Lance is the grounds keeper in the Commons apartments. He is very dependable and does a lot for one person or more. I have been here almost 8 years and he has not failed me yet. I wish he worked on the weekends since the tenants here seem to think the grounds are for trash more on the weekends. Lance would keep this place in order(clean) on the weekends too. Thank you Lance for your dedication. I appreciate you and all the work you do. ( Not just grounds keeping).

  Im highly upset man i thought this place was a steal till you realize they have no other trash compartment! I can’t remember the last time a maintenance man has come by my air hasn’t worked since January. Its crazy how this place can find 2 separate dumbsters for construction but cant find it for the residents who put the funds in there pocket by paying rent! The bees and wasp are outrages and i get that we are by trees but youd think that they would atleast hire a person to do a bug sweep/spray down Laundry-mats dont hold enough clothes youll get barely one load done and thats with you having a garbage barely full You also can’t access any packages unless they are open by the office hours which is highly frustrating if you had to be at work all day and just couldnt make it IF I WAS YOU ID LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE HONEY THIS ISNT IT!

  The Commons is a very nice place and the Leasing Staff are great people who care about their residents. I’m sure glad to be a part of this great community!!

  Briana was very helpful to me as my Leasing Agent and I really appreciate her assistance during the leasing process and getting my lease set up and everything else ready for a successful move in yesterday March 25, 2026!! I also want to thank Alex for his support and assistance in this process. Together they were able to walk me through the process and make my move a success here at The Commons! 😊
