What really sets this place apart though is the management team. They are responsive, friendly, and actually care about their residents. Any time I have had a question or needed something taken care of, they have been on it quickly. It is rare to find a management team this attentive and it makes a big difference in day to day living. Highly recommend!
- YSYazan SahawnehFeb 24, 20265.0It has been about ten months since moving in last summer and I cannot say enough how much we appreciate the level of professionalism and enthusiasm the management and maintenance teams have for the residents and the whole building. From the start, Betsy and Alexis have made us feel right at home. We toured every residential 'tower' in the city and from the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was serendipity. Rob and Ty have also been nothing short of amazing and professional. The building itself is well taken care of, we love our unit and the tall ceilings as well as the resident lounge and gym! The rooftop terrace also provides some of the best views in the city! This building has also provided us with a sense of community which is one of the bigger factors for us in moving into the Central Business District. I can't recommend the Renaissance enough!

- APAndrew PrachtJan 17, 20255.0Update 3/17/26: I am so sad to leave this wonderful community. I cannot express enough how great Alexis, Betsy, and the whole Renaissance team are. They are wonderful and made a great place to live so much better. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I have lived at the Renaissance since April of 2024 and I have been very impressed! The location downtown is awesome if you are interested in going down to the Banks for a game or going out for a bite to eat. There is always something to do. Additionally, the building itself is amazing with very unique and spacious floor plans. Everyone who has come to visit me has loved my apartment (so do I) and always reminds me every time they see me. The residents here are also so kind and welcoming. The staff that work at the Renaissance are top-notch and have been so helpful and gracious from day one. Alexis and Betsy are seriously the best and have been so great to work with! I'd easily recommend this community if you are interested in living downtown. Great people and a great location - 10/10!
