- YByo. B6 days ago5.0My wife and I first moved into this apartment complex in a one bedroom unit. When it was time to upgrade, we chose to stay and moved into a two-bedroom instead. We’ve lived here for nearly five years, and during that time, we’ve never had any serious issues. Whenever a minor problem came up it was always fixed promptly and professionally. Demaree, Christine, and Greg are all great people who truly care about the residents. The complex is very well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes it an enjoyable place to live. My favorite feature is the pool, it feels comparable to a resort! I would absolutely recommend living here to my family and friends.

After completing the drop-off, a woman came outside and told us to move because she said we had been sitting there too long. We had only been there briefly to complete the delivery. The interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I understand properties have policies, but the way it was handled did not feel welcoming or respectful. The interaction left me feeling singled out and racially profiled which was disappointing.

Also wanted to be close to my mom who lived down Miami avenue in Indian Hill. I lived on Shaw Avenue in Hyde park and an incident occurred where me and a girl I knew dropped me off at my house on Shaw and a man came up to the car and tried to steal money. So I moved to kenwood . Later I applied to live here again with my husband to be and got accepted but then declined. I always regretted that I declined cause I really thought highly of Olde Towne. I was single then and 25. Today I’m married and 58 so we own a house. My point is this definitely , as was said., a nice safe peaceful place to live in a very nice safe location. And I had lived in apartments twenty two years before I married and I can say this is one of the best.
