    Went for a tour they are very nice and quiet. The best part is the 2 car attached garages.

    Josh came and fixed our kitchen faucet quickly and efficiently. He also replaced a slat on the sunblinds. The maintenance staff has been excellent. Sometimes it takes them longer to come, possibly because of being understaffed, but they have always resolved our problems.

    A wonderful place to live. I have been here about 2 years. I have a 2 car garage. My unit faces the lake. I even have a basement for storage. Any problems are addressed in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. I love it here! It's my forever home!

    I have lived at Mallard Lakes for over 2 years and have loved it! The living space is great. 3 floors that include garage and half basement (nice having laundry hook ups down their), kitchen and living room with half bath on the middle floor, and finally on the third floor bedrooms and bathrooms. I always felt like I had plenty of room including storage. The maintenance staff are wonderful (always respectful, courteous, and quick to respond). The management is really starting to pull the community together with Bingo and jar guessing games, pool parties, etc. Speaking of the pool, if you can go when kids are not there it is incredibly relaxing. With all that being said, the only thing I will inform people of is the electric bills. I think because of the 3 floors my electric bill in the winter months is over $400. I kept my heat at 65 and wore sweatshirts, hat and sometimes gloves. The first year I thought it was because of the old windows and sliding doors. After replacing those the next year was still the same for electric bill. I asked neighbors and they all had the same issue. That would be the only thing I would want to know before moving in as a consumer. However, if it wasn't for the electric bill I was very pleased with my townhouse!
