- AMAndrew MeisbergerJan 28, 20262.0Lived here for 18 months. Wouldn't recommend this place other than the price point. Especially if you are younger you will be surrounded by whole families living in a two bedroom apartment. Nothing wrong with that but was not what we were sold on. Took us a month to get the smell of the past tenants cooking out of the place. They even purposely made us wait a week before moving in for this same reason. I do not know why we even made an attempt clean before we moved out either because when we moved in the place was filthy and had the bare minimum done to clean it. Additionally their website is in shambles and will boot you off it every 10 minutes when trying to pay rent. And if you are using PNC your ach will most likely bounce and they will charge you an extra $50. This happened three times to us.
