The building is well cared for, and the leasing and maintenance teams are always friendly and responsive. The location is a huge plus: close to downtown and surrounded by great neighborhoods, which makes getting around really convenient. It's been a positive place to live and I love calling it home!

We are in the process of looking for a house and our temporary stay here (year lease) couldn’t be a better living situation. Augustus, who is here every day, working hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and does all he can do to accommodate any needs. My husband and I appreciate him very much. Even with a few new construction “hiccups”, the staff is always willing to fix the problem (no matter what time of day/night). Thank you the warm and welcoming accommodations.
