    Service request for my unit today was serviced by Maintenance Tech - Justin. I throughly appreciated his service and his listening ear to my concerns regarding my unit. Justin replaced and repaired the items that were needed and the tissues that couldn’t be resolved today he assured me that he would get those items input for order. Justin was very professional and his service etiquette is what maintenance techs should reflect.

    Horrible experience applying for an apartment with my wife. First, they lied to us about the amount required for an application. They said it was $200. (Didn’t mention per person) Apartment manager has HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give less than 1 star, I’d give negative stars. Fire whoever runs this place. They aren’t here to help you.

    I am a new resident at The Vistas. My experience with the new office team has been nothing short of professional. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly relatable. I scheduled multiple tours, viewed 2 different units, applied, got approved within 1-2 weeks and was moved in on my desired date. The BILT payment portal is extremely convenient and makes paying rent easy. I even had to contact the maintenance team overnight and my issue was resolved within 12 hours of notice. In addition to all this…my loft is great! (Still decorating) Thank you to Christa, Kadijah and the rest of the team.

    I currently live at Williamsburg Apartments, which was recently bought by Goldoller. Since the new ownership took over, the conditions have not improved — they have gotten worse. We have a major mice problem in our apartment. Mice are running around frequently, and it is a serious health and safety issue. We have called the office many times. Each time, we are told that someone will come to take care of the problem, but no one ever shows up. Nothing is being done. This is extremely frustrating and irresponsible. I have children, and having mice running around the apartment is not safe for my kids. This is not how any family should be living, especially while paying rent. Management promised that things would change after Goldoller took over, but nothing has changed — if anything, it is worse now. Management needs to take responsibility and address this issue immediately. Tenants deserve a safe and clean place to live.     Nous sommes très déçus. Nene était la seule personne à parler notre langue et à aider les résidents qui ne parlent pas anglais. Maintenant, elle est partie, et rien n'est fait. Nous avons de nombreux problèmes de maintenance, et personne ne nous aide. Nous nous sentons ignorés et impuissants. Ce n'est pas juste. We are very disappointed. Nene was the only person who spoke our language and helped residents who don’t speak English. Now she’s gone, and nothing is getting done. We have many maintenance issues, and no one is helping us. We feel ignored and helpless. This is not right.
