This place has went down over the years. Location is awesome. Ants, packages missing, dishonest companies, amenities in lease not available. No safety measures.
They charged us one extra month after we moved stating we never told them we were leaving. Terrible management.

I have documentation of every email sent to me confirming that a 30-day notice was required, which I complied with. I also visited the leasing office on multiple occasions to clearly communicate that we would not be renewing our lease. In addition, these concerns were discussed not only with on-site management but also with management above the property level. During our residency, we raised repeated concerns regarding ongoing construction, limited or unavailable amenities, and safety issues related to homeless individuals on the property. Despite these conditions, rent continued at a premium rate. Given these circumstances and my compliance with notice requirements, I do not believe a move-out fee is justified and request that this charge be reviewed and removed.

lived at this apartment community for over three years. After the property was taken over from Greenish Village by PLK, the overall living experience declined. Amenities were under construction or unavailable for an extended period of time, yet rent continued to increase to what felt unreasonable for Cincinnati.

The Village at Stetson Square – Do Not Move Here
Do not move into this apartment complex. After living here for three years, they kept my deposit, which I accepted. However, after new ownership took over, my rent was increased by $600 in one renewal. They then tried to force us out of our two-bedroom apartment so they could remodel, offering to move us into a one-bedroom apartment for almost double what we were paying for the two-bedroom.
We only stayed an additional year because we could not find another place at the time. When we decided to move out, we gave them a full three-month notice that we would not be renewing our lease. Despite this, once we moved out, they charged us additional fees claiming we did not notify them in time—when they were already aware months in advance that we were not renewing.
The management was unprofessional, misleading, and more focused on profit than treating long-term residents fairly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest management or stability.
