  I lived here for 4 years and would have absolutely renewed for a 5th if I were still living in Cincinnati. Emily and the entire staff do an amazing job taking care of residents. The building is in a great location, has spacious units, and an awesome rooftop. I can’t recommend living at The Reserve enough!

  I toured this property back in March and absolutely loved it. Emily was very organized. She showed me multiple units and explained everything clearly. The residents here seemed very happy. They have a lot of amenities including a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and even a freight elevator for move-in day. Edit: I ended up moving here and I have nothing but good things to say. Emily really cares about the people who live here and she takes good care of the property. Everyone in the building has been so welcoming. Maintenance is quick to fix things. The community events are nice. This place truly is the gold standard of downtown living.

  I love living at the Reserve !!! Everyone here is so welcoming ! Emily, the apartment manager is So helpful and warm as are all of the people here! Paul , the wonderful maintenance person , is always happy to help with whatever needs to be done! And my furniture looks so great here - it’s amazing !!! Meg Ahalt A very happy tenant

  Great place to live! All the best restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Pet friendly community, so even my dog loves it!
