  The location is perfect—close to everything but still tucked away and peaceful. The price for what you get is honestly hard to beat. Move-in was super easy, and the staff has been welcoming, organized, and quick to help with any questions. My apartment is clean, modern, and really feels like home already. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Madisonville, The Jameson is definitely worth it!

  I lived in this apartment complex for three years. The location is convenient and from the outside the complex looks nice. Pool is nice in the summer. unfortunately these apartments are just built to a very low quality standard. In my apartment I had: -ants (twice) -dishwasher broken twice (and had replaced the second time) -washing machine broken (maintenance left the partially disassembled washer in the middle of my closet blocking everything while they waited for parts for several days) -the built in shelves in my closet literally fell off the wall and covered my clothes in plaster -door handles and deadbolts not fully screwed into doors -people leaving dog poop around the complex indiscriminately -at one point they installed new LED landscape lights that were so bright through the night that I had to install blackout curtains to be able to sleep again These apartments look nice but are built and maintained poorly. For the cost? look elsewhere

  I recently toured the Jameson with Jess and had a great experience. I originally decided on a unit but ultimately decided to go with a different unit when that opened up. I have not moved in yet, but will be in August. Super excited to move in and experience everything Jameson has to offer! I have lived here for a couple months now and I love it!

  Nothing but a great experience, from the time I first considered living here until now (7 months as a resident). The move-in process was so easy. Eric and the other staff are great at what they do; very prompt in taking care of things. The pool/grill area and gyms are beautiful. Worth every bit of what you pay.
