  rude manager , unprofessional and not helpful. don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to your messages, which lead to my rent being put in escrow bedroom window was cracked for almost year December 2024 to October 2025. Now that the rent was released to the apartment the community director decided that I have to pay what they didn’t receive from escrow. After putting unfortunately late fees on my account because my rent was in escrow, Hamilton County clerk of courts told me multiple times the apartment manager needed to come pick up the check. I guess she was to lazy to go downtown to pick up the check so I informed escrow of the late fee and not being able to pay rent how I wanted to they are keeping my account pass due feel like it retaliation they told me the fees and past due shouldn’t be. To put the cherry on top, all they did was take out the broken window pain and replaced it with a window from a vacant apartment which I didn’t understand why it took almost a year to do that after calling/ message . Numerous times about the window. Now I understand why all those bad reviews were on here about one person in the office everybody else in the office extremely helpful, polite but they can’t do anything to actually help without the manager so it makes it less helpful when they reply with well, we have to wait for, because I can’t without manager, I can’t leave without manager, knowing Also while my window was damaged, I had an ant infestation, I had to tape the window with scotch tape because maintenance/ management wasn’t doing anything I repeatedly asked for my apartment to be sprayed for pest which we pay for every month and my apartment got skipped over numerous times I would like to report this problem no corporate number for the new management. 12/18/2025

  I haven't had a Tour yet we Drove up from Indianapolis just to look..I Saw 5 and The Commons were #1 Waiting for reply....outside very well maintained

  Hey just to say I was very appreciate it with the work I had done today in my closet. He was very friendly. Very nice. Made me feel welcome. Very patient was not a rush job. Thanks to this maintenance man🔥

  We have had a great experience with The Commons the appilcation process was easy and help was always an email or text away, we are very pleased with our apartment and the community.
