The workout room was nice and simple and sweet but we got our good workout in a couple of months ago. Seems to be a great complex but hey the door is not secure but it has a keypad on the side so that would need to be fixed actually. But people tear people's property as if it's there so I don't expect a whole lot out of apartment complexes. But I love the gray paint. Very cute. Very nice apartments and again the gym area was nice small but it did the job. Thank you
