  I recently visited a family member at Sycamore Place and was so impressed! I remember when this was the Hamilton County Government Office before the 2000s, and wow — I’m shocked in the best way at how beautifully this historic building has been transformed. The character has been preserved so well! What an amazing transformation and addition to the community!

  Sycamore Place Lofts is a remarkable place to live. The community in the building is diverse, social, and friendly. For that reason, many of the residents work downtown or in close proximity. The apartments have everything anyone might need. The building has undergone many updates and is currently constructing a new exercise space, much bigger than the one it has presently. This will be a big asset to the residents. I've lived at Sycamore Place for 20+ years and am happy to call it my home. It is close to everything I enjoy, restaurants, nightlife, parks, and much more. It is wonderful to be able to walk in downtown Cincinnati and surrounding areas and see all the beautiful architecture this city has to offer, both historic and new construction. As for those that work at Sycamore Place, they are a good group of people. The office staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and able to get things done. The maintenance staff is always available to assist the residents if something goes wrong in the apartments and are courteous, prompt, and get whatever the repair is done in a timely manner. All in all I'm happy living at Sycamore Place Lofts and have not been sorry I chose to reside here. This is my home and I love living here!! JP

  After 3 years of living here I can attest that Sycamore Place lofts is a horrible place to live. Nobody ever cleans up after their dogs so the sidewalks and dog park are completely littered with hundreds of dog poops that never gets cleaned up. Some of the dogs that live here are violent and aggressive and try to attack you if you walk by, even though the lease says no aggressive dog breeds allowed. This is not at all enforced. Also the elevators break down on a weekly basis. Kids run up and down the hallways screaming on a daily basis acting like the hallway is a playground. The gym is absolutely disgusting and people work out in there barefoot. My car was broken into. The vending machines only steal your money. All around a horrible experience.

  The apartments are awesome- I really enjoyed living here. It’s in a quieter part of downtown. They handle maintenance issues immediately… it’s clean and safe. I’m giving one star because of management- They are some of the least understanding people I’ve ever had to deal with. They make no exceptions regardless of your situation. Just keep that in mind before signing a lease with them.

  I am so excited about my future here at Sycamore Place Lofts! My unit is absolutley stunning and I never would have thought such a nice apartment existed within my price range. Mikaela is hands down the reason I chose to move forward with this leasing company. She was patient (more than patient) and allowed me to view properties more than once just to ensure I was happy. She listened to my requests and concerns, and found the perfect home for me. Couldn't have done this without her!
