The building is absolutely beautiful, feels extremely new, and is in a perfect location for anyone wanting to live in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati. It's a quick walk from OTR, the Banks, and Fountain Square, but the building itself benefits from being in a quiet part of the city. The NAP Properties team are exceptional; they respond almost immediately to any needs, and maintenance requests are typically fulfilled within the day they are requested. And the amenities are wonderful, especially the gorgeous rooftop which has beautiful views of the city!
