I found Kaitlyn to be a really charming personality who showed me around the community on her golf cart. They have indoor/outdoor play areas and amenities are well kept.
- SBShira BNov 6, 20255.0We moved into old Montgomery last fall after our permanent home was struck by lightning and had to undergo restoration. We rented a three bedroom townhome without a basement. The townhome was extremely clean and it was super nice to have a working wood burning fireplace. It was so convenient to be located in Sycamore Schools so my children could still easily attend their schools and after school activities. The neighborhood was well kept with lots of extra amenities. We often used the playground and game room. We even rented the game room for a birthday party and it was a truly incredible experience for my daughter and such a convenient set up. We moved out prior to the pool opening, but it looked like a well kept space. It was very nice to have a printer in the main office with complementary tea and coffee available during open hours. However, I would say the most incredible part of this community is the staff. The women in the office are so friendly and accommodating. They take their time to get to know all the people that live there as best as they can and truly go out of their way to be helpful. The maintenance staff is impeccable. They respond to any issue typically the day of. We did have to have the dishwasher and water heater replaced in our townhome and it was done so quickly. The entire staff is friendly and will say hi to you whenever they see you out and about in the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this community enough.
