He answered all of my questions, showed me around the community, and pointed out the best walkable places nearby. I love how walkable the area is. I can’t wait to move in!

The community is great, everyone in the building is friendly and common areas are always clean. The maintenance response is top tier and fast. Overall a great place to live.

I’ve been submitting the same complaint for almost a year, and despite being told multiple times that it would be addressed, nothing has changed. It’s been a rough nine months, and at this point, the cost feels far too high for the quality of living.

He went above and beyond to provide every detail I needed and made everything easy to understand. His friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude truly stood out—he’s exceptional at what he does. Unfortunately, but fortunately, I was offered a great job opportunity in another state, so I won’t be able to join this amazing community. Still, Miles made the entire experience unforgettable, and anyone working with him will be in great hands!

The walls are scuffed up and dirty. Management takes their sweet time responding to resident issues or complaints. A gentlemen in the leasing office has a horrible attitude and an incredibly smart mouth. 0/10 would never recommend this place to ANYONE
