Every time I bring my dog down, she always has a treat for Riley (my dog). There are quite a few apartments in the area, but this is the best one. Located close to downtown, OTR, and very close to Findlay market, I love living here.

The building is kept super clean, and maintenance is quick whenever something comes up. The location is incredibly walkable close to Findlay market, and OTR, which makes day‑to‑day errands really convenient, and parking is always easy to access. There are quite a few apartment locations in the area, (as a Cincinnati local) I am here to tell you, this is the best community and location in town. Thank you to Bri, and the entire team!

From the common areas to the fitness center and shared spaces, everything is modern, comfortable, and clearly cared for. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Bri is spectacular and any request or issue is handled quickly and with genuine care, which makes a huge difference day-to-day. They go out of their way to make residents feel valued.
