I have been living at Indian Creek for about 1.5 years and our experience with the staff has been incredible. In particular, Tyahna (assistant manager) and Jay (maintenance) have gone above in beyond on several occasions.
Tyahna helped us find a slightly larger unit after initially leasing an apartment, and she has been super responsive whenever we had any questions. She has always addressed our requests in a timely manner, and thanks to her help we are really happy with our new home!
Jay from maintenance has been our go-to guy since moving to Indian Creek, and beyond being a genuine and really nice person he has managed to fix all the issues in our prior unit typically within 24 hours. Everything from plumbing issues to electrical has been addressed with care, and he often would stay past 5pm to get the job done. My whole family loves Jay, and you can tell he really cares for the Indian Creek community.

Update as of 10/15: There are a number of reasons I would have chose a different property to move into and regret every day signing a lease here. The apartment is decent but is drastically different from the apartment they showed us prior to move in. The first major issue is that the leasing professionals lied multiple things regarding the apartment prior to move in. They lied about the apartment having washer and dryer hook ups. Since I moved here in March they have shut water off 10 scheduled times in under 6 months. The property staff also have inconvenienced my household once a week by shutting off the water every single week from 9a-12p when we need to get ready for work.
The leasing office did lie in their review response saying they changed system and don’t shut off water for the whole building, they have done it many more times between July and this updated review in October.
I never have lived somewhere we cuts water off once every 7 days to “ install main water valves in vacant units”. It seems like you don’t value your tenants who have already paid rent to have the respect of getting ready in the morning. I have also been harassed by residents with no action taken from the property management after being notified. Leasing office staff are not proactive when it comes to maintenance. I personally think the apartment is okay and but all of these other stressors have progressively made it not a great place to live in my opinion. I have had less stress living in poverty as a child. Management says they are “open to discussing issues” but do not email back when copied directly on emails. Went without hot water for a day conveniently the “office was closed” for the July 4th holiday. Emergency maintenance staff is a non existent lie and had no ability to restore water so our whole building went without water on the 3rd of July and 4th of July holiday. It was fixed by 11am on the 5th and went back out again on July 7th. When following up with office staff I was met with being yelled at and hung up on by office staff Blaire when expressing concern about spending days without hot water at this point. Going without hot water for a day and a half in 100+ degree when rent+ utilities is over $2000+ is absolutely unacceptable. being yelled at by staff is the cherry on top of an unfortunate situation. They replied to my original review showing no empathy and 0 accountability for the role their property played in all of this. Neighbors are racist, unwelcoming and menacing.
The newest issue is that the property management has not paid their landlord portions of the duke bill and there is a notice that they will disconnect electricity for the entire building due to the property staff’s negligence to pay their electric bill.
Would not recommend living here and absolutely WILL NOT be signing another lease here.

I love living here and everyone who works here is AMAZING! I’m especially fond of Blaire Meyer who goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need!

UPDATE: I did see the owner's response below: I have reached out to the management multiple times, it's pointless. I understand they are responding to make it look like they care but they do not do anything about your concerns.
To be frank, there is nothing luxury about the apartments or the townhouses, except the "luxury" prices they charge. All of the interior is very outdated with the cheapest cabinets and carpets picked from Home Depot. The closet doors are falling apart and their "fix" is just to put it back for it to come out of its place the next day. There is no real or permanent fix. Everything is old and has not been updated in decades. Landscape/exterior is the only thing that is maintained regularly that gives the community a "nice and attractive" appearance which, I guess, can lure the potential prospects in. Management has no decision making powers unless everything is documented and escalated. Extremely disappointing experience.

Management staff is very poorly ran especially while experiencing this Covid-19 epidemic this facility takes your money and provides no information as far as being able to view property or any follow up to help make your move in process success One manager in particular Megan is very difficult to deal with and hard to get in touch with even with written or verbal communication takes 3 to 4 days to respond even though their website says 24 hour return offers no solutions just apologizes that you’re not getting the information that you need renter beware before giving a deposit make sure you have all the info you need because no deposits are returned
