Fridge went out lost all our food would not replace and insurance they insist you have wanted to up our rates more then the cost of the food. Showers leaked, the dishwasher would pull out wasn't attached properly, Dryer wouldn't work, the doors falling of hinges, our garage door we paid extra for never worked right would get locked out several times.Hot water heater went out cold Showers for days then sent men in to fix while our teenage daughter was home alone. We had pay $3,500 to break our lease just get out of that place we clean and scrubbed to get our deposit back and they ended up keeping that too. So it may look new and nice but I would look elsewhere to live too many problems
