  Great team - Kendal went out of her way to help me out when a delivery was dropped off and assigned to the wrong apartment. Renewed my faith in property management after a rough go of it in college.

  It's been 2 years since I moved into Gramercy and I'm sad to be leaving, but my gf wants to live in the suburbs so what can you do? Overall, would definitely recommend. Gramercy is pretty affordable for downtown especially given what you get, location is great, apartments are nice and VERY quiet, nice amenities, guaranteed parking spot(within the garage so you never have to worry about parking) staff are very professional, kind, and responsive. No complaints really.

  I cannot recommend Downtowne Living/Gramercy on Garfield enough. The staff are incredibly responsive to any/all requests. The apartments are so quiet despite being downtown, which is amazing! It's also nice having security on site at night (even though I've never had a problem that would require them). Even before all the incredible changes that were made over the past year or two, including the renovated gym in the Shillito and the addition of the Luxer package lockers and Tide Dry Cleaning lockers, it was by the far the best choice I could have made in picking an apartment. I'd give it 6 stars out of 5.

  The Gramercy is a great place to live! I moved to the complex from the east coast without seeing the property (except online). Chelsea was absolutely amazing and made the move extremely easy. I also have worked with Arielle, who is very nice and easy to work with! The building is very clean and quiet and is in a great location. The resident event that I attended was very fun, and the individuals who lived in the building were friendly. There is a parking garage attached to the building, which is great. There is also a hospital shuttle about a 5 minute walk from the building that takes you directly to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, which is very convenient! Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone!

  Unfortunately today was my official move out day at the Gramercy on Garfield. This was such a great place to live for my time in Cincinnati. I moved here from out west without having any knowledge of the area or what to expect. Arielle and the Management Team were so helpful in getting me into a new place and recommending great places to meet people. The Gramercy was a great place to meet friends and even better place location wise to meet people in the area. I always look at reviews of new places before I move because I have lived in apartments that did not have a good or responsive management team. You will find that the team at The Gramercy is so responsive and is constantly looking for ways to help you enjoy your home/living experience. When I sent in my notification that I was moving, I received a call from Arielle asking about my move. She found out that I had to move for work and extended my agreed rent rate so that I would not have to pay month to month rates. The Gramercy did this not because they had to, and not because it would benefit them... they did this because they are a great team that cares about their tenants. If you are looking for a new place to call home in the downtown area of Cincinnati - look no more because this is the best option!
