  Having been to Northside only once and that was this week, I may be a victim of first impressions. But as the good Gantry staff pointed out to me my many failing about understanding and identifying which parking spaces are managed by Gantry and how I was inattentive to their signage and policies, I can only say that I am thankful to have a solution for my self. For Gantry, perhaps getting a 2 to 3 foot stencil and painting large blue G's in each space would be useful. The $300 towing charge clearly was the consequence of my failings solely and it is what it is. A final observation. The holidays are here and many residents in Northside may have family and friends visiting. Being charged a $300 tow charge could be a tremendous hit in a community with a non affluent base. $300 might cause families to go without good.
