- ZZZackFeb 1, 20265.0I’ve lived here for a little over three years and have genuinely enjoyed my experience. The building is well cared for, and the leasing and maintenance teams are always friendly and responsive. The location is a huge plus: close to downtown and surrounded by great neighborhoods, which makes getting around really convenient. It's been a positive place to live and I love calling it home!

My AC broke down four times in a month, with clueless maintenance relying on third parties to fix their mistakes. If you like sleeping in the heat in the middle a summer heatwave, you’ll love it here. The building's app never works, and random, loud screeches from the roof will ruin your sleep, especially if you’re on the fourth floor. Plus, the bathroom fans are ridiculously loud and won't turn off immediately. This place is managed by unprofessional and incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor: avoid signing a lease here. It's nothing but stress and discomfort wrapped in a deceptive, shiny package.

While the building and apartments are nice and we like our individual unit, we were promised all outdoor amenities would be done by the end of June when we signed the lease- none of them are done yet and it’s the end of October. We were strung along stating just a few more weeks over and over and now several months later it’s still not complete - this includes a pool, grills, outdoor tv and sitting space. It’s been really disappointing since we are paying a premium price and had no outdoor amenities all summer/early fall (we love to swim and grill). For the price, not sure we would’ve signed the lease.
