We are in the process of looking for a house and our temporary stay here (year lease) couldn’t be a better living situation. Augustus, who is here every day, working hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and does all he can do to accommodate any needs. My husband and I appreciate him very much. Even with a few new construction “hiccups”, the staff is always willing to fix the problem (no matter what time of day/night). Thank you the warm and welcoming accommodations.

My AC broke down four times in a month, with clueless maintenance relying on third parties to fix their mistakes. If you like sleeping in the heat in the middle a summer heatwave, you’ll love it here. The building's app never works, and random, loud screeches from the roof will ruin your sleep, especially if you’re on the fourth floor. Plus, the bathroom fans are ridiculously loud and won't turn off immediately. This place is managed by unprofessional and incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor: avoid signing a lease here. It's nothing but stress and discomfort wrapped in a deceptive, shiny package.
