  The Encore Apts. are beautiful! They have an urban feeling about them and spacious. Gorgeous windows with a view of the city. New appliances and washer and dryer included. Great apartments!

  I love living here! The property management staff is incredibly attentive and kind. The maintenance crew has also been so fast to fix anything I might need (which isn't often because the building is pretty new). My unit has a great view and the size of the bathroom and walk-in closet is amazing. It's also convenient to be able to park in the same building and walk to my car from within. My previous apartments didn't have that luxury. It's great how dog-friendly the apartment/neighborhood is. Finally, one of my favorite parts of living here is their Black Card that gives us discounts at local establishments. I've been with NAP for over three years and I definitely recommend it!

  So, you're looking for a contemporary apartment in downtown Cincinnati - as was I. There are more than a few options to choose from, which is good, but not all are as they seem. So let me short-cut this for this for you. If there is an apartment available here at the Encore, take it. And take it from me you won't regret it. I've been here a year - just re-signing for another. Never once encountered an issue of any consequence, never once encountered anyone who wasn't friendly, never once have been bothered an iota by any noise. The crew at the management office are a joy and truly professional. The few times I needed something fixed in the apartment it was done in a flash. The pool scene has a good vibe if that's important. The gym could do an upgrade but nothing is perfect and there are plenty of gyms close-by - one actually on the ground floor of the apartment itself. Only wish someone had left such a review when I was looking - would have saved me a bunch of time and angst.

  Beautiful downtown living at its finest! High security and convenience - Fingerprint Scanners, Secured Mail room etc. Amazing benefits like heated pool, observation deck, secured park, dog park, attached garage etc. Been living here for about 2 months and absolutely love it. The way it has been build is amazing. You can’t hear neighbors or the city.
