    I absolutely loved living at East 8!! The old building had so much character, especially with the beautiful windows that let in tons of natural light. The large, free laundry room was great and having free coffee available was a nice touch. I also appreciated that there was a dog park available, but there were also plenty of other places nearby to walk my dog. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to many restaurants and bars in OTR, but far enough away to not be bothered by noise. Also, management and maintenance were always a pleasure to work with and quick to respond! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at East 8 Lofts and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable living space in the city!

    Apartments are decent. Amenities terribly maintained. Front office seriously hit or miss (do not trust Carla). Maintenance workers are incredibly kind and responsive though!

    I have lived in East 8 Lofts for the last year and I have loved it. The old fashioned building and the apartment with exposed brick, exposed pipes, and high ceilings were really my style. My apartment was very spacious and had a unique layout. Because it is an old building, we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and the downstairs neighbors when they were playing music or watching movies. The community washer/dryer in the basement made doing laundry more difficult however there almost always are machines available and its free! Having the gym across the street was also frustrating, especially when it is cold outside. The other amenities were great. I loved using the movie theatre room and playing pool/Ping-Pong in the basement. The leasing office members are incredibly nice and constantly trying to update and fix things. The new park is fantastic and the community here is great. We plan on staying with this company for our entire time in Cincinnati.
