  This is one of the best apartments I've had the pleasure of living in. The location is prime and close to everything worth doing in Cincinnati, they offer decent amenities, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and overall it's a safe, clean and quiet apartment community. I don't have any negative experiences to highlight .

  Every building has a security door for it which requires a key to access. I understand it is for residents’ safety, but in case if you forget your key to it, they don’t have lockout service and want you to wait until next morning

  Fantastic people. From the maintenance team, to the landscapers to the leasing team: they are all great people. They respond immediately and are extremely helpful no matter when you reach out to them. Would recommend this place to anyone. If you need anything done, it’s always a good idea to name drop Sabrina Caulkins. That’s our guardian angel.

  There is no better location to rent! The neighborhood itself is incredibly walkable, and has so much to offer in terms of food, shopping, and fun. I've lived here for the past 3 years, and it's been great to see the neighborhood boom. And, if you want to check out the rest of Cincy, then you can get to downtown/OTR in 5 minutes! Also, cutting across town (any/all directions) is quick and easy too. The property is great, and the units are big, bright, and open. There is ample parking for residents in the secure lot, and Woodburn has tons of free parking for guests who are visiting. The amenities (e.g., clubhouse, indoor gym, package delivery, outdoor pool/grill/bar, dog run, etc.) are all fantastic. Perhaps most importantly, the office staff and maintenance crew are genuinely kind and they work hard to make the community feel like home. Overall, I've loved renting here and I would absolutely recommend DeSales Flats to anyone who is thinking of moving to the city or area.
