  My two years were well spent at their greenery apartment. The leasing office and maintenance team were always quick to respond to my enquiries and troubles. Only issue I had was that the apartment couldn't handle extreme temperatures. It was unbearably hot during summer and pretty cold in winter, so be prepared. It didn't help much that the AC was only in the living room with no connection to bring some of that air to the bedroom.

  CPL has been so helpful and kind. The application process was smooth, the agents were always very quick to respond and The Citadel has been a great place to live. Maintenance is the only thing I can complain about, they weren't always the most helpful but, in terms of how I was treated, the upkeep of the property, and my overall experience living with CPL, I would give it all a 4.5 if I could!

  I have been with CPL since 2018. We have gone through at least 3 property managers. Within those years I have had unanswered issues, gas lighting, things broken and not replaced and blatant disregard as a tenant. Niki, our new property manager has been with us maybe a little over a year and it has been an absolutely phenomenal experience with her. Every inkling of wanting to move somewhere else left my body when she was hired. When we discuss any maintenance issues no matter how big or small, she always speak with such care as if she lives here too. I have never had to disregard anything (apt related) in fear that it would cause some turbulence with my managing company; she is always open ears and willing to do what she can to make sure we are all taken care of and comfortable in our homes. Even our maintenance guys Mike (who has been with us for years) and Anthony are top tier. No calls unanswered, and even at the most inconvenient times are quick to get things looked at. I am so grateful that I have somewhere comfortable and affordable to call my home until I decide to purchase! Not only is it comfortable and affordable, those working with us truly care and I will forever appreciate that and them!

  I currently live at the Citadel. Been there over two years. I recently had a major maintenance issue in my bathroom that required immediate intention. Patrick was the first to reach out and inspect the situation and swiftly assessed a plan of attack. He spent the better part of the next day tackling the problem. He was thorough and exceeded my expectation. I was left w a shiny new bathroom! Thanks Patrick!

  Cincinnati Premier Living has been one of the most positive living experiences i have had yet. They are always making sure that your apartment is up to your standards and are always there to help fix anything within a timely manner. Definitely recommend renting through them!
