The apartment is fine. If you live anywhere near Red Bank Rd, not to be confused with Red Bank Expy, you will hear gunshots very frequently. Within the past 2 months, three times now, someone literally parks a car by the fire hydrant on the right side of Red Bank Rd, shoots three times, and drives off. At midnight on New Years, someone living behind us, outside of the complex, shot a rifle in the air multiple times. A few days before this, I heard 2 drive-by’s followed up my automatic gunfire. Shortly after I moved in, I heard a dude pleading for his life on that road. Then a gunshot. Gates are always broken. Even the one leading out to this road. STAY AWAY!!! Someone’s going to get killed.

Moving from out of state, my husband and I weren't sure what to expect of housing in Cincy. Our first complex came with tons of issues and constant car break-ins. Then we found Centennial Station and it has everything we were looking for in an apartment (e.g., 2 BR + 2 BA, in-unit laundry, great amenities), plus things we enjoy but didn't think we'd find (vaulted ceilings and a fireplace). We've lived here 1.5 years now and we love coming home. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff have been AMAZING and are always quick to respond. I highly recommend this complex for renters!

We moved here in July and absolutely love it! I was previously in another large apartment complex 2 minutes down the street. It's incredible how safe, secure, and quaint it feels here in comparison. At the other apartment, there were 20+ car break-ins in a single night....I've never had to worry about a single thing here and feel incredibly safe. The units are huge and it's been so refreshing having a ton of space after being in a cramped studio for the last 3 years! Management is amazing and prompt and so friendly and I lived at the pool all sumner. Highly recommend living here!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 9 months now and overall have had a very pleasant experience. The management and maintenance teams are the most professional and helpful I have ever encountered. While we were walking through our apartment to obtain measurements prior to moving in, we realized that our laundry room would require more shelving. The maintenance team went that day and installed more shelves that were ready for us prior to move in after just a quick conversation. The community is very well kept, every day you’ll see maintenance or groundskeepers doing something to make things better. My only critique is that I’ve noticed on mine and lots of other balconies near me since I moved in that some of the white wood paneling on the base of the balconies is falling off, leaving bare wood in some spots that are pretty noticeable, to me at least. Unfortunately, we did also experience a car break-in this fall (which we are aware can and does happen anywhere and everywhere), and the property manager was very compassionate and helped us get set up with a garage spot for one of our vehicles going forward. What stands out to me the most about Centennial Station is not only the beautiful community and amenities, but the willingness to genuinely address concerns and make things right whenever an issue does arise. I would highly recommend considering living at Centennial Station for anyone who wants a positive experience and very homey feel.

I feel so lucky to have found this apartment complex. It's safe, clean, well-maintained, and has beautiful apartments. The location is great, very close to grocery stores and restaurants and just a short drive away from downtown Cincinnati. I love my studio apartment, it is spacious and has nice appliances and six (!!!) absolutely gorgeous windows. I am a wheelchair user, and I was able to get an apartment on the first floor that has a small patio leading out to grass -- perfect for when I am matched with my service dog in two months! Above all though, the thing I am most grateful for about Centennial Station is the management. As every apartment renter knows, the property managers can truly make or break a living situation, and the wonderful people at Centennial Station definitely make it! They have been quick, friendly, kind, and accommodating. They even added another accessible parking spot right by my building for me because my wheelchair was slipping in the snow and rain. Maintenance is wonderful too. One of the maintenance staff installed my showerhead for me and another came by to pick up mail from my apartment since I was having trouble swinging by the office with my wheelchair. The roads in the complex are well-maintained too. Last week we had a major snowstorm and I was caught out driving in the middle of it. My 30 minute drive turned into over 2 hours and several near misses going into the ditch because of how poor the roads were. But when I finally made it home to Centennial Station, I could breathe a sigh of relief, because the roads here inside the gates had been plowed and salted thoroughly and there were more plows through by every 30 minutes. I feel like if there was ever an emergency in my apartment (no running water, heating out, etc) then the maintenance staff would help me very quickly and efficiently. Overall, I'm so glad I found this apartment complex and I hope to live here for many years. When I was on my apartment search, I read through a million Google reviews trying to see what people really thought about each place, and the reviews here were glowing. I'm pleased to say that my experience has been just as positive and I hope this review helps someone else in their own apartment search!
