Been living here for just under 2 years and it has been hell. Heater out during winter, AC out during summer, people are stealing my plants. Also finding out there’s a mold problem in my building which if it’s anything worse than mine I’m scared. My cats are getting sick. Takes them like 2-3 weeks on average to get to a maintenance request. Idk what the hell they have going on but I regret moving here in a pinch and don’t recommend it.

My friends and their young son lived here briefly, and it was a nightmare. The unit was moldy, filthy, and full of health hazards; roaches, leaks, metal shavings, broken doors, and worse. Their child got sick, as well as both of them due to the air quality and unsafe conditions. This place is unsafe and dishonest. Don’t fall for it.

I have absolutely wish that I could put a negative -1 on the star list. They should just shut the damn place down. I was tricked, stolen from, and lied to. I was supposed to have a 12 month lease, but due to my health I had to leave early. But from the week that I had moved in until the time I left it has been a nightmare! Trash is scattered all over the grounds, next to the dumpster, in the front of the door. Amongst all of the other stuff that has happened in this complex, upon me moving out my things were stolen by one of their "contractors". Management was rude, unapproachable, dismissive, and just unprofessional. I was under distress when I had to move there. I was presented with the additional charges before I had signed the lease. Then when I had gotten my first statement, and there were way.....more additional charges than was specified. From having to pay for the lights in the parking lot, to having to pay a small fee for the water. My rent went up over $125, due to these unexpected fees. I was barely at home, and my electric bill was sky high!! The water tasted like dirt, I had to wash my clothes with vinegar because my clothes would smell like mold after every wash. AND NO, THEY NEVER STAYED IN THE WASH FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. My bedroom window was sealed shut, there were nets coming out of the sink attacking my bananas. I had a neighbor above me who had to have a air conditioning unit in their window. And we had a very HOT SUMMER. The time had come for me to go and I was in the process of getting all of my things moved. I had to turn my key by the first of the month. I went to gather the rest of my thing and return my key. I had left the last few items by the door to be easily accessible. When I came into the apartment, my things in the Livingroom had been moved to the middle of the floor, my things in the bedroom had been moved. As I look around I had noticed that there were pop cans in my pots (I don't drink pop), my tote of expensive shoes were missing, someone had scrambled through my bag of purses, my high end blender was gone, my iron was gone, and who knows what else until I look through the rest of my stuff. I went to the front office and these people treated me as if I should not have been worrying about my things. No one seemed to have cared. When I had given the lady my key and received my invoice, she had no advice for me. She asked me if I still had renters insurance, but how could I when I was moving out. She told me that there were some painters there the previous day. I told her that I guess I will have to make a police report because my place had basically been robbed. A couple hours later, she called me to tell me that my tote of shoes had been found. She said that they were in the closet, but I had looked in both closets. Why would my shoes be at their office? Who took my belongings out of there? She told me that THEY DID NOT WANT ME TO GET ANY PAINT ON MY SHOES, SO THEY TOOK THEM OUT TO PUT THEM SOMEWHERE SAFE. I could not believe it! They need a complete make over.
