However what she didn’t know she admitted and found the answer. The numbers and prices at the office don’t match what is on apartmentlist.com however which is a bit frustrating. Overall I’m very pleased with the experience and it has put you on top of the short list of my search for a place to live.

Multiple reviews about ROACHES but they definitely worried about the scratches on my car they're trying to tow my car because there’s a dent and scratch on my car (as in picture) THEY HAVE YET TO COME GET RID OF THE ROACHES INFECTING THE WHOLE BUILDING I’m definitely seeking legal assistance. IF YOU LIVE HERE AND HAVING SIMILAR ISSUES SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE THIS IS NOT HUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY And the management is rude the black lady in the office loves to get smart like she’s untouchable !!!! This is the worst apartment complex community I’ve ever been in apart of I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS AND IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NASTY & NOBODY SHOULD PAY TO LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS. I’ve been battling a long court case with these people because I TRUSTED them. Don’t be like me and trust these people. Add on fees and toggle more unexpected payments on to your rent then take you to court for it. Putting me out as I was in labor is absolutely absurd this is just a BUSINESS to them, and you all are MONEY . They do not care about you, or anyone else only care about the money. Makayla acted so sweet and nice as if she understood and went in court to make it seem as though I didn’t want to pay. I offered to pay EVERYTHING I was owe in hopes they wouldn’t keep the eviction on my record. Anything you do make sure it’s in a WRITTEN agreement with these people. When I stayed there I seen the pest control was supposed to come and it didn’t . My neighbors were dirty which caused more bugs. Even tried to say something about the one chair I had out in front of my patio. But others had a whole dinning set outside. I will not trust these people or rent from them again due to how they treated me which is poorly and unfairly! WATCH OUT FOR BUGS!

Lexi has especially been very kind and responsive at having maintenance come fix the things I had issues with. Love how they put together events for us. My kids enjoyed trunk or treat. Never lived at places that did things like that before. Thanks for the warm hospitality.
