  A place that truly feels like home from day one. The skyline view here is absolutely beautiful and makes everyday living enjoyable. The rooms are nicely built with a modern design and good layout, making the space comfortable and functional. The management team is always ready to help with just one call and is very supportive and kind. They treat residents like family, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The maintenance staff is also very cool, friendly, and always happy to help whenever needed. The gym is very good and well maintained. The apartment is conveniently located just a 5–10 minute walk from the new Cincinnati Convention Center, and Kroger is nearby, making daily shopping easy. There are also cool brunch spots nearby, perfect for weekend mornings. The community is safe, well-maintained, and peaceful. Overall, it is a great place to live in downtown, and I am genuinely very happy living here and would highly recommend this apartment.

  A really, really nice place to live. The leasing agents (Mary, Chas and Spencer) are the best...not only made the onboarding process seamless, but took it to another level and made it feel like you were not just most important resident, but only one.

  This is the best complex I’ve ever lived at. The building managers are great and even bought more gym equipment the day after I asked about it (ez curl bar and stair master). They really care about you here and are setting up the building to be the new hotspot downtown.

  First time leaving in many years. Apartment is great, amenities are great. But most importantly the staff are great. Super responsive, nothing but helpful.

  Spectacular addition to the city of Cincinnati. You can tell that the people that developed 7w7 truly feel that Cincinnati is the next hot place to be. The amenities cater to the young professionals that flock to the area, and you can’t beat the location for those starting at P&G, Deloitte, Kroger, 5/3, and Cintas. I took a Teams call from one of the coworking suites, and my leader was highly impressed with the space and attention to detail that went into the planning. The gym is so exceptional that I’ve cancelled my outside membership. I’ve never worked with nicer equipment, and I appreciate being able to get a nice view of the skyline during my workout. The floor to ceiling windows in our unit are a great perk of having been converted from the former Macy’s headquarters, and I’m glad they thought to utilize those and the terrace. The staff is available, welcoming, and accommodating, which from my experience is something you don’t find everywhere. Overall this was a spectacularly executed reutilization of the former Macy’s headquarters, and I look forward to living here for many years to come.
