  I toured the property and the property manager was great, such a super fun personality and attentive. She really took the time to understand my needs and come up with a solid game plan for application and move in date.

  I put in two work orders for the same day and Rob from maintenance showed up quickly. He was professional, polite and friendly. He fixed both of my issues. In general, the maintenance team is wonderful!!

  We absolutely loved our time at echelon! Super nice apartments, good area, great amenities, and the staff has been great (new and old). Maintenance was always on top of it and did a great job too! There were some issues where the fire alarm would go off frequently, we were told it was due to the handicap accessible room smoke detectors being more sensitive. In the year and a half we lived there that probably happened about 5-7 times, but luckily never in the middle of the night. Other than that, we didn’t really have complaints! The only reason we moved was because the pricing was getting a little steep. We were in a one bed and needed to upgrade space, but $1800 base rent for a 2 bed in Eastgate was unjustifiable for us. Plus there are quite a few fees here (valet trash, washer dryer). But if this is in your budget I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to sign a lease!

  Megan did an outstanding job showing me apartments today. She was professional, punctual, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed options that truly matched my needs. Her knowledge of the properties and attention to detail really stood out, and she made sure all my questions were answered along the way. I never felt rushed, and she made the experience enjoyable.
