  This is one of the best apartments I've had the pleasure of living in. The location is prime and close to everything worth doing in Cincinnati, they offer decent amenities, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and overall it's a safe, clean and quiet apartment community. I don't have any negative experiences to highlight .

  Management has been the best I have ever experienced with multifamily rentals! Sabrina, August and the team really make the positive experiences I have had as a resident. There commitment to customer service and building a community shows. It's the small things like their newsletter and friendly interactions in the clubhouse. It is evident that they care about the residents and the property.

  My roommate and I have had an exceptional experience at DeSales Flats. We lived there for 3 years before we moved out due to life changes. Amenities were great, maintenance was responsive, leadership was professional, and our apartment was beautiful. I would highly recommend!

  I lived at DeSales Flats II (the new building) for two years and absolutely loved it. The apartments have nice amenities and are very quiet, and the grounds are always beautifully kept. Beyond this, I think what really makes DeSales a great place to live are the staff and management. Sarah and the maintenance team were always so responsive, helpful, and nice. I highly recommend living here. The team at DeSales are the most professional and pleasant property managers I’ve encountered, and the apartments themselves are lovely. It is easily the best place to live in East Walnut Hills.
