Have been here for 2 years and my fiancé and I love the community. It’s nice and quiet compared to us living downtown Cincy. We have grown to love the area and love the walkable communities. Since living here, we have had to put in some maintenance requests but they are fast and reliable.
Also I would love to give a shout out to Bria! When we were first looking at the community, she was the one who showed us the apartments and sold us! Since then she has been promoted and has done a great job at running the community. She has always been so helpful and professional.

We have enjoyed living at Centennial, especially since the management change last year. Management and the facilities crews are friendly and responsive, and the apartments are spacious with plenty of parking. It’s a nice location too. The only bummer has been the front/back gates not working, because the privacy was a big reason why we moved here. Otherwise, overall things have been great.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially in comparison to the other place I lived in the area. Maintenance shows up on the same day, plow and salt trucks come around multiple times a day during snowfall, good amenities (pool, gym, hoop, golf mats), ample parking. I’ve recommended this apartment to everyone who’s been looking for a place and I will continue to do so. Only issues are that trash can be a bit annoying to deal with (3-5 min uphill/downhill walk) and the left turn from Red Bank road can be extremely dangerous and often blind during high traffic times (there are ways around this though).
Very minor complaints in an otherwise great living situation. Front office is very kind and willing to help as well, and made switching my name onto the lease a very easy process. I hope switching my name off the lease will be just as easy, but I don’t think that’ll be happening anytime soon!
