  Never want to fix anything and have to always keep calling and get the run around 4mouth old house and just problems after problems then found that the Under skirting of the house that they installed is not cover after that are the ones that put it up not even 4 mouth old and all the trouble from pipes not working and more just wish the issue would be fixed

  Giving 4 stars because we haven’t actually gotten our home yet, but still wanted to give a review of our experience.We’ve been working with Shawn Hucks for awhile now (we’ve ran into loads of delays on our project due to no fault of Clayton and are currently on a stand still til April) But, Shawn has gone above and beyond to help us. He’s very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the whole process. When I first made an appointment to view their homes, we had zero clue of what we were doing. We were working with a USDA lender, who made things incredibly complicated. When we told Shawn our goals and what we were dealing with, he validated our frustrations, and then walked us through the process, answering all of our questions and making sure we understood everything. We dropped our lender and started working with Shawn soon after. He’s been great to communicate with. Very open and honest, and quick to return any calls and texts. He’s been patient with us, which is much appreciated, and he’s taken action to speed things along to the best of his ability. I’m excited to move forward this spring, and will update this review after we have our home. As of right now, I’d highly recommend this Clayton location. Ask for Shawn Hucks!

  Shawn Hucks at Clayton is absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the houses and made my husband and I feel comfortable and confident in our choice. We live too far away to buy from Shawn and he still gave us advice and showed us all of our options. I’d recommend him to anyone!
