  We just built a home with Ryan Homes in Copper Mill and had a terrific experience overall. Kathleen was exceptionally great to work with. The communication was honestly the best part of the whole process. There was never a time we reached out and didn’t hear back the same day, and most of the time it was within a few minutes. That made everything feel a lot more manageable. We were a little hesitant going into it just based on what I’ve heard over the years about using a national builder, but that wasn’t our experience at all. The attention to detail was strong, and they were very upfront throughout the process. They even suggested we get a third party inspection just for peace of mind. We did, and the inspector said it was one of the cleanest builds he had seen in the last few months. A lot of that credit goes to our builder, Matt. He was excellent. There were only a couple small things that came up after the inspection, and he had them taken care of right away the next morning. I tend to be pretty particular and probably went into this more skeptical than most, but I’m genuinely really happy with how everything turned out. The house looks great, and the communication from start to finish really set them apart. The only rough part of the experience was NVR Mortgage. The process was incredibly unprofessional and far more difficult than it needed to be. There were repeated, overlapping requests. They were also unwilling to accept what our accountant considers industry-standard documentation based on his experience. The requests were relentless, and he said he had never seen anything like it in his work - describing the experience with NVR as bordering on harassment. That said, we ultimately chose to move forward with them because of the incentives and points being offered, which made it worthwhile from a financial standpoint. It's a shame because the rest of the experience was literally SO easy.

  ​As first-time homeowners and builders, we couldn’t be happier—Ryan Homes at Copper Mill exceeded all our expectations. We cross-shopped with builders like M/I and Fischer, but the experience here was truly different. ​The team—specifically Kathleen—was professional, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our specific situation. What sets Copper Mill apart is the land. Coming from New York and Florida originally, we knew that if we were buying a home in Ohio, having space was non-negotiable. You simply cannot find half-acre lots in nearby communities like Washington Glen, Sorrento, or Bailey Farm. In many of those developments, you’re practically living on top of your neighbors; here, we have the privacy we desired and the value for our money is clear. ​The build quality is excellent, and our construction team was both professional and meticulous. We chose the Corsica floorplan, which is incredible and offers everything we wanted in a layout. Even the warranty team has been proactive with the minor "new construction" touch-ups that naturally come with any build. If you want the most "bang for your buck" in a community that blends sophistication, beauty, and luxury with the true feeling of home, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not checking out Copper Mill!

  This is my second time building with Ryan Homes, and they have exceeded my expectations once again! I was delighted with my first build, but this time, I’ve been able to customize even more, which has been a wonderful surprise. Our Sales Representative, Danielle, has been incredibly supportive throughout the process, guiding us through design selections and presenting a variety of options. Her attentiveness and excellent communication have made the experience seamless, and I would happily work with her again. Can't wait for the build to start and move into our new home!   I decided on Copper’s Mill because I’ve been wanting a larger yard, and the lot sizes in this neighborhood are a lot more spacious than what I’ve seen in other neighborhoods. The location is super convenient—close to the highways, which makes getting around easy, and there’s plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby too. I also really like the Ryan Homes floor plans. They’re open, functional, and there are a few different options that actually fit what I’ve been looking for. Overall, it just felt like the right fit. I'm really looking forward to getting settled in!
