- JSjean scottJun 8, 20255.0I decided on Copper’s Mill because I’ve been wanting a larger yard, and the lot sizes in this neighborhood are a lot more spacious than what I’ve seen in other neighborhoods. The location is super convenient—close to the highways, which makes getting around easy, and there’s plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby too. I also really like the Ryan Homes floor plans. They’re open, functional, and there are a few different options that actually fit what I’ve been looking for. Overall, it just felt like the right fit. I'm really looking forward to getting settled in!
