Last winter my heat was not working properly and after having maintenance look at it promptly, they dtermined the unit needed replacing even though maintenance had gotten the heat working again. The next day, their heat/air contractor was here and replaced my unit while I was at work. I was impressed. And I can't write a review without mentioning Julie. She has been extremely helpful since I moved in. Having had some personal issues that came out of the blue, she not only talked with me, but did all within her power to help me work some things out. I am extremely grateful for her caring presence, it will never be forgotten. She and her staff don't just consider the people who live here tenants, but friends.

No insulation so heat bills are $200-300 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Improper drainage system, do bring waders or rowboat to get to your car. Large dogs welcome. Fit as many as you can since there seems to be no limit on family size and make sure you have a pocket translator if you wish to communicate with your loud neighbors...
