I am so excited to see the changes put in place with Morgan Properties assuming ownership. I love my unit, the community is quiet and well kept, and now we have an amazing team in Yolanda and Tracey!

DO NOT RENT HERE! My fiancé and I have lived at Ashton Glen for the last 2 years and thankfully got out of there. Throughout the past 2 years it's been nothing but stressful and horribly managed. Don't bother calling the office for help, because they won't answer 90% of the time and the voicemail box is always full. While we lived there with our 2 dogs, we couldn't even use the dog park due to it being overran by dog poop. The grounds are horribly managed, can't even use the dog waste stations they're overflowing half the time. When we moved in our apartment wasn't even cleaned, we had to do that ourselves which made the moving process harder. We were lied to during Christmas time with them saying there was a decorating contest and winner gets money. After spending money and hours decorating outside, turns out it was a lie, there was no contest. Also, the gas fireplace inside your apartment...don't bother using it because it has no ventilation the maintenance even told us we shouldn't use it for more than 10 minutes because the lack of ventilation. Another issue we faced is, my fiancé with a disability asked for there to be a new handicap sign due to one of our neighbors removing it prior to us living there. After requesting to put it back in place, it took them 6 months and bringing it up to the owner to get them to do it. Lastly, and a common problem within this complex is the AC during the month of summer. We had to buy our own unit due to our apartment reaching up to 90 degrees and not cooling itself down. So unless you want to live in a sauna in the summer time I HIGHLY suggest to look somewhere else. For the price of these apartments and for them to consider themselves "luxury" , it's far from it DO NOT RENT HERE.

EDIT: This finally got them to act, but was told to wait another week. The lows for this week and weekend are expected to be near freezing. Two emergency maintenance calls have been ignored. Just flat out do not rent here. When the times are good this is a decent place. But when you need an adult in the room to solve something out of the ordinary, their bank account is going to be their top priority, even at the risk of your comfort/health. I had to learn that the hard way. Hopefully your apartment search goes better than mine. I have been a resident of Ashton Glen since August 20th, 2025. I am making this post on October 20th, 2025. After losing my home to unemployment back in August, I was grateful that Ashton Glen allowed me to rent with them despite my only income being the proceeds from the sale of my home. The apartment itself is not bad. It's a two bedroom, (named B1) at 1000 sq ft. When inspecting it, I only noted two issues. A broken dishwasher that did not drain after use, which was annoying but tolerable, since the sink and disposal worked fine. The main issue was the AC unit's fan that is so loud it sounds like a semi truck idling mixed with a lawn mower in the middle of my apartment. I made both issues very clear to management before signing the lease, and given my circumstances and their graciousness, I didn't escalate either issue. Their in-house maintenance team tried to solve the issue by dampening the sound rather than actually fixing the fan, which is clearly causing the noise. Although they tried their best, all that was accomplished is that the sound now reverberates through the roof and walls, but with no noticeable drop in how loud it sounds. I cannot sleep or work while it is on, and you can forget watching TV or talking on the phone/meetings. My cats are terrified of the sound and hide when it is on. One has to take chemo medicine and is already stressed from all the vet visits. She doesn't deserve this. During the last two months, the complex made an announcement that they had lost their maintenance crew. Although I was initially sympathetic, instead of actually addressing any of our issues with third party services, they simply issued an apology and attempted to leave it at that. I made the office aware that my issue was emergency and that it needed to be fixed ASAP, and that there were several HVAC businesses that would be able to easily solve the issue. However, outside of having three separate maintenance crew members come to review the AC unit (and do nothing), here I sit, after two months, 3 rent payments and my lost sanity later, the AC is still not fixed. I have been told that since "the unit still heats/cools," I just need to run it until they can get around to fixing it. As stated earlier, I am writing this review because basic discourse has rewarded me with nothing. When my friends ask me how I'm doing after losing my house and still being unemployed, I cannot describe my shame when I have to tell them that the AC unit in my apartment has still not been fixed. I am mentally exhausted. I don't understand where I went wrong. I don't know what else I can do. It makes no sense either, given their initial attitude. They seemed more than reasonable, and two months ago I could never have imagined that this would be my reality. No house, no job, no family, and I apparently can't even have AC. So if you must rent an apartment here, I would recommend hiring an inspector before moving in, and make sure any and all issues are clearly laid out in the lease before you sign anything. I'm not going to theorize why the company that owns Ashton Glen (Paul's Collective) chooses to treat their customers this way, but here we are. And honestly, until their culture changes, I would recommend staying away. You are a human being. You should not have to live in third world conditions in the middle of the United States. Especially when the only objective reason for not alleviating said conditions is because it is fiscally inconvenient to the property owner.

I've lived here since 2021 and I'm heartbroken that this last year has been so uncharacteristically terrible. My attic fan broke in March and they have refused to come fix it since, essentially my heating and cooling have only worked for around 10% of the year. They gave me a window unit that cannot cool even one room in my 1 bedroom, and I ended up giving up and buying a second window unit and running both (at some extreme electricity pricing! Communication with management both in general and for this issue has been near impossible. They offer callbacks and followups and I never see any communication. My renewal is due in 2 days and they've been unable to contact me again after a week waiting. I asked for legal information (legal address) to be given and have stated I will begin to put my rent in escrow and they've failed to accomplish anything meaningful despite it. The worst thing is I may need to stay here due to a 60 day move out policy I failed to plan around, and all lease terms offered for less than 9 months have been at least 1.5x as expensive as the 12 month price.
