- TRTimothy ReeseApr 1, 20191.0We started a lending process in lat October we are now beginning and April this company repetitively asked for the same information over and over again nothing changed nothing was different however they prolonged the process to nightmarish levels I have never heard of a company pushing through a standard FHA loan taking this long absolutely terrible absolutely terrible customer service
