Had a maintenance request for my bath sink draining slow, was repaired quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. Hallways were painted recently, lights replaced in my hall and its so bright, and lobby has been smelling great, whatever you changed KEEP IT UP its great! We appreciate the guys in the office. Always pleasant to talk to.

Good place to live, maintenance is on it, site is great in the summer for walking and there is a lot of stuff to do around the site.
Westbrook is an exceptional place to live. The neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained, the appliances are modern and high-quality, and the first-time renters are respectful and welcoming. It truly feels like home
Amazing property and is very accessible. Office workers are very helpful and accessible.
This property has significantly deteriorated over the years. The hallways look like something out of a rundown motel—completely outdated, dirty, and filled with an unpleasant odor.
In the past, maintenance did an excellent job ensuring sidewalks and walkways were properly shoveled for residents. Now, none of the sidewalks are cleared at all. This is especially concerning given that the community includes residents with pets, children who walk home from the bus, and a large number of elderly individuals who are left without a safe way to walk.
Residents are forced to get out of their cars and walk through the parking lot because the sidewalks are buried in snow. I have personally witnessed residents shoveling the sidewalks near their buildings using their own shovels, which should never be necessary. This is a serious safety hazard and shows a clear lack of care for residents.
This place is supposed to feel like home, yet simply going outside feels unsafe due to the risk of slipping and falling. The parking lot was plowed carelessly, with snow pushed everywhere and no consideration for pedestrian safety.
Honestly, I can’t even fully blame maintenance. The two women in the office drive by daily and can clearly see this neglect with their own eyes—they simply do not care. Management needs to take accountability. Bring in a team that actually cared about this community and doesn’t have an attitude 24/7.
