Umm so this property absolutely sucks. Living here has been a constant cycle of problems, excuses, and complete neglect. From day one, it’s been clear that management does not care once they have your money. There’s barely ever any hot water, the water pressure is awful, and the WiFi is laughably bad—borderline unusable. It took forever just to get a contact number for it, which is honestly the only reason this place gets a single star. My front door lock does not work properly. It only locks from the inside, and when entering the code from the outside, it doesn’t lock at all. That is a serious safety issue, yet it’s treated like no big deal. The walls are so cheap you can’t even wipe them down without paint coming off, which tells you exactly how poorly these units are built. There were existing damages before I moved in that were never repaired. Now I’m being accused of causing them, which is both frustrating and dishonest. When I brought it up, I was told, “We wouldn’t have moved you into a unit with that much damage.” That’s interesting—because my bedroom door was already broken when I moved in, and I reported it on my move-in date. I was told it would be addressed. It never was. I also have photo and video documentation, so let’s be very clear about that. But they’re saying since maintenance and the property manager didn’t write it down that I’d have to pay the cost. Okay sure I’ll eat that up since the original people isn’t here. If I keep fighting the issue, they will retaliate. Winter makes things even worse. Snow builds up so badly that I sometimes cannot open my front door, which is not only inconvenient but unsafe. Trying to reach the property team is pointless. Calls go straight to voicemail, and callbacks are rare—if they happen at all. When you finally do get someone, the attitude is dismissive, like residents are an inconvenience for expecting basic communication. What really sealed it for me was the complete lack of compassion. I had to bury three immediate family members who passed away in a house fire, entirely out of pocket. The one time rent was late, management immediately added a late fee—no outreach, no check-in, no attempt to communicate. Just penalties. It’s cold, impersonal, and telling of how residents are viewed here. The young lady Kayla said she would talk to the manager, which idk if she did or not but when I brought it up to the manager she seemed confused on why the late fee would be removed? Imagine if they were in that situation. There we go again..lack of compassion. Offered for me to pay a payment plan for the broken door and that I can’t get my own cheaper contractor. What’s the point of asking them for help? Plz guys find somewhere else to live. The rent is far too high for the quality of living provided. You’re paying premium prices for poor construction, unresolved maintenance issues, unreliable utilities, and management that disappears when you need them most. The only consistent thing about this place is how consistently disappointing it is.

The houses are not ready to be rented out yet. They have significant issues, poorly constructed, lots of damage on most of the property from the construction crews rushing the installs. We did not have hot water in the showers or have heat the first week do to issues with the install, We were told we have to wait until the holiday weekend is over to shower. No cable company will come and install internet because the address were not added correctly. They do not keep the entrance way and drives plowed, you can not find the street during a snow storm. The office acts like you are bothering them when ever you have an issue. The snow drifts so high, you can exit or enter your house without the garage. They will give you 24 hour notice that they could be entering the home during the day at anytime. When asked to schedule a time that you will be home, they refuse and state they have the right to enter. Even when children or women are home alone, the maintenance men will let them selves in. When any of this has been brought up to the front desk, they try to justify it by the lease agreement.

you will not find a better property manager than Violet! she is very prompt when responding and getting things done. she has always answered all my questions and been very patient. she was also accommodating the day of move in even though she has her own life and family. she arrived early just to give me my keys and papers. the neighborhood and apartment is extremely quiet. this was a top priority of mine!! i need my sleep and normally your neighbors wake you up if you're a light sleeper like me. the apartment is beautiful and open, but im sad there will be no pool : ( the bills however..... you pay for water, sewer, utilities, and a $110 community fee (which the clubhouse, dog park and spa aren't even built yet, so i think its a rip off for now. it does include internet, but still.) basically tack on another $250-$300 more onto your rent. then you have gas and electric bill that you put in your name which will run another $150+ depending on use. I knew of the community fee and utilities, but at most places that would run you $30 or so. I was very surprised by all the costs that keep adding up. ive lived here a month. seems every time i turn around there's another bill for this place. this is my home, not my house. you pay for everything as if it is a house or condo only you dont mow the lawn. i moved from out of state so maybe this is normal for ohio. i love this place and have no regrets about my decision to move here. the added expenses is what i feel people need to be aware of. as a single person in this economy, being alive already costs too much. i appreciate transparency. i hope this review helps others.
