I moved in here in August, came from
a homeless shelter with my 13 year old daughter. My apartment was never cleaned, the carpets stink of urine and there is a lot of damage from the previous owners dog.
Lost my job in September and haven’t been able to catch up. Eviction process happened and the day after court I was able to get bought up plus some. They have no intent of working with me. So myself and my 13 year old are again homeless as of December 9th, which is 16 days before Christmas.
Yes I fell behind, but I had $2500 (cash) and was told NO. So yeah. If I could give 0 stars I would. $965 for a dirty apartment and I had a clogged tub for 4 weeks which I had to fix myself because they chose to ignore my texts. 🤦🏻♀️
Hello new people and future residents don’t move here it’s all about the money they over charge you they don’t have no integrity they blame us for a door we never damaged 😂 but hey god don’t like ugly and Maloni is a pain it’s sad they really don’t care about the residents but you can see for your self

Lived at Stoneridge for a year while waiting to buy a home. Our apartment was great. We lived on the second floor. Maloni and team do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and have an enjoyable living experience. We also loved that it was a pet friendly community so that we could have our dog and cat with us. Our apartment had new appliances and one of my favorite features was our gas stove. The facilities team (Wayne and Curtis) are awesome- they were always quick if we ever had an issue and always friendly. The property is always clean and landscaped beautifully. Some of my favorite community amenities were the pool, gym, trash valet service, and cable provided with rent. If you are looking for an apartment, check them out. Thanks for a great stay Stoneridge team!

I lived in a Stone Ridge Apartment for 10 years and only moved out because of family reasons. Management (Maloni) is great and responsive, and the maintenance team (Wayne and Curtis) is very professional and fixed anything we needed in a timely manner. Would 10/10 recommend.
WARNING to anyone under the age of 55: To have internet here, you must pay a full $200 "ammenities package". Basic fiber in the area is $50, so you're paying 150/month for cable TV and valet trash service 5 days a week (lost count of how many times they didn't show up on collection days). It's also Spectrum's "Managed Wifi" - the routers are pre installed, you have extremely limited access. Anything that needs 2.4ghz, like security systems or most anything smarthome-related won't work here.
Also getting a bit riff-raffy . Cop cars at the pool several times, constant notices about pool passes not applying to your entire family (that lives elsewhere).
Lastly, if you have a balance left on your account, there will be ZERO notification - it's just going to snowball into $500. Of course this is legal, it IS tennant's responsibility. Still a sleazily shameful way to do business. Every other property has automated notifications if you're late for even one cent. And it's completely possible w the rental portal she's using, she just has them turned off or not set up.
Very decent units, well-maintained property. Just poor, predatory management stuck in 2008.
